Through emerging technologies, and new consumer behavior, Canadians are now able to watch and listen to a world of information and entertainment, wherever they are.
In this special luncheon presentation, Jean-Pierre Blais, Chairman and CEO of the CRTC, will highlight where the CRTC is heading and what they are doing to ensure Canadians have access to innovative wireless and internet services and compelling audio-visual content. Jean-Pierre Blais began his term as Chairman and CEO of the CRTC in June 2012 and brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge of Canada’s cultural industries. This event is open to both members and non-members of the Vancouver Board of Trade.
The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) is an administrative tribunal that regulates and supervises broadcasting and telecommunications in the public interest.
