Where Content Means Business
September 30 + October 1, 2015
Get connected at Canada's only marketplace devoted to digital online content. VIE is a two day event which will inspire and enable attendees to network and create valuable business relationships and make important connections.
One to one conversations with the most influential people in online entertainment. Conversations are designed to help producers and creators hone their knowledge in the production of content that is viable and sustainable on digital platforms. Speakers will touch on a range of subjects from digital-first strategies to fan engagement, branded entertainment and millennial audiences.
Intimate, no nonsense sessions presented from buyers and commissioners with an appetite for digital content. Understand their programming tastes and priorities, plans for the year ahead and upcoming opportunities.
Build connections and forge beneficial business relationships. Registered attendees will be invited to book one-on-one meetings with digital mentors, buyers, commissioners, broadcasters, distributors and funders and to become part of BC’s first marketplace for digital online programming.
Expect to engage in real dialogue around pivotal industry issues with some of the best thought leaders in North America. Salons focus on presenting guided debates around select topics and encourage an interactive, free-flowing discussion not just between industry experts, but audience members as well (submit topic here).
