Vancouver Queer Film Fest 2017 Submissions Now Open
December 13, 2016
Want to screen your work at the Vancouver Queer Film Festival next year? The Vancouver Queer Film Festival invites filmmakers to submit short or feature-length film or video for consideration.

The VQFF seeks work in all genres that confronts stereotypes, pushes boundaries and strives for change, arouses and tantalizes, and above all, highlights the tremendous diversity of queer artists, locally, nationally and internationally.

Each August, they showcase the best shorts made in British Columbia in a much-celebrated showcase, The Coast is Queer.

All films selected for the Festival are eligible for the following awards:

  • OUTtv People’s Choice Awards for Best Feature ($750)
