Are you an exceptional artist or music business professional who identifies as female, or as a gender minority? Are you looking for mentorship, professional development, and industry exposure?
Keychange is a movement fighting for a sustainable music industry. It supports talented but underrepresented artists, and encourages organizations to take a pledge for gender equality. Keychange champions statistics, achievements, and its roster of talent, allies and leaders.
Keychange is here to overcome barriers that women and gender minorities encounter in the music industry. Keychange supports women and gender minority artists and innovators to take part in an extensive talent development programme of showcases, panels, workshops, mentoring and creative sessions.
Applications for the 2023 Keychange Talent Development Program are now open. The year-long initiative for women and gender minorities takes place at 13 festivals across Europe and Canada, including 2 full network meet-ups in February and September. As well as exporting opportunities, the Keychange talent development program helps participants to get to the next stage in their career through targeted training.Â
