Pauline Moller

Pauline is a senior executive in the digital media and interactive entertainment industry with extensive experience leading large-scale business strategies, driving organizational change, and building high performance teams. Pauline is currently President at Creative Labs Management Inc, a Creative Artists Agency (CAA)-founded studio focused on producing world-class businesses and companies for next generation media and entertainment experiences.  

Her career spans over 25 years in the field, including roles as: the CEO of a start-up company; Senior Vice President at Zynga, a social gaming company, where she led business and production operations; Senior Vice President & COO at EA SPORTS; and Senior Vice President & General Manager for EA’s large-scale, 1,400-person game development studio, as well as Vice President R&D at Infonet Software Services focused email messaging protocols. 

Pauline is currently on the Board of Creative BC which, as an organization, has the mandate to support the growth of British Columbia’s creative industries, stimulate investment and employment, and promote BC’s creative sector capabilities locally and in the global marketplace. Pauline’s previous board appointments include the Burnaby Board of Trade, New Media BC, BC Interactive and DigiBC.
