Participants will learn the difference between sole-proprietorship, incorporation, and BC business registration. Participants will be introduced to accounting softwares and methods to keep track of their revenue and expenses.

Description: In this 3-hour workshop participants will be introduced to accounting softwares and methods to keep track of their revenue and expenses. Topics include: tracking self-employment expenses, what is expense-able according the CRA, GST registration and filing, and good practices for bookkeeping and filing their taxes.
