Rolling Applications Now Open for Vancouver Civic Theatres (VCT) Grant Program
Does your community group or nonprofit arts organization need a well-equipped space to present a live music event?
Applications are now available for the 2022 intake of the Vancouver Civic Theatres (VCT) Grant Program. This in-kind granting program supports meaningful activations of Vancouver Civic Theatres’ well equipped, professional venues.
The VCT Grant addresses the need for space by arts and cultural groups in Vancouver, while building on the City’s commitment to equity, diversity, accessibility, and inclusivity in its civic spaces. The program supports short-term rental engagements with non-profit organizations with an artistic or cultural mandate and First Nation Band Councils.
The grant supports successful applicants by offsetting the facility rental costs of the ANNEX Theatre, along with ancillary spaces and plazas associated with all four civic theatres.
Applications for events held within the 2022 calendar year will be accepted as of April 21, 2022, on a rolling basis until all funds have been dispersed.Â
