Applications Open: February 25, 2026.
Applications Close: Rolling until October 30, 2026, or until all funds are allocated.

This page will be periodically updated with the remaining funds for this program.

Applicants will first present their project ideas through a short project summary template available on this page.

Creative BC staff will respond to all project summary submissions within three weeks of receipt.

Projects that are eligible and that fit the goals of this funding program will be provided with full application materials.

Prior to completing their full submission, applicants may also be provided with staff feedback related to specific questions and/or gaps to address in their application.

Full applications will be scored by Creative BC staff according to the priorities of the program. Evaluation is competitive and comparative, based on the applications submitted and available funding.

Results will be communicated to all applicants approximately ten weeks after their full application submission. Feedback will be available for all applicants.

As you prepare your project summary or full application, please refer to the scoring sheet: Music Industry Initiatives Scoring Sheet 2026/27
