The Demo Recording program supports new and emerging artists from underrepresented groups living in the Province of B.C. to create demo recordings and engage in mentorship with local music producers. Â
Artists and producers can apply together for a $2,000 grant to cover 100% of recording expenses for one to two songs.Â

Applications are evaluated by a panel of industry professionals that represent the groups this program is intended to serve, according to the priorities of the program using the scoring sheet below. Evaluation is competitive and comparative, based on the applications submitted and funding available.
